Hard Work, Beats Talent, When Talent Doesn't Work Hard

In 2009, Brazos Valley Pride was found as a local Non-Profit Organization. We provide elite showcase opportunities for our High School baseball players over the summer through Perfect Game, Texas Showcase League, Premier League and other team appropriate showcases, that provide maximum exposure to college coaches.  In the fall our organizational focus is directed to overall player development by playing in Sunday Double Header Leagues.  Both in the summer and fall we have (2) practices a week that are designed for 5 tool development.  Players will improve their skills through our organized and structured practices.  These practices will put an emphasis on pitching and hitting.  Our Youth Teams 9U-14U enjoy the same fall program, but instead of playing for the local high school program in the spring, they play a competitive tournament schedule.  The Youth Teams take a break from baseball to enjoy family over the months of June-August.

The programs foundation rests on the importance of hiring qualified personnel to lead our players.  We are always looking to add high character personnel to the Pride Program.  If you are interested in an opportunity to work as a part of the Pride Program contact Director of Operations Brannon Easterling at easterling.brannon@yahoo.com
